Thought is Diffuse in Experience

As one examines where one is experiencing experience, one will find that it is everywhere.  One does not experience things in a focal point; that is a belief system of the mind.  For example, I ask someone who is not aware of this, “Where do you experience your thoughts?” Out of habit the person points to their head and says, “Here.”  That is a belief system—one’s thoughts about thoughts.  One thinks their thoughts are in their head, but that is only a thought.  Where does one actually think the thought that one believes is thought in the head?  As one really considers this with a little contemplation and reflection, one will see that the actual experiencing is diffuse and going on every where.  One could not put their finger on any particular place where experience is happening.  It is simultaneously everywhere and nowhere.
